Call for Volunteers
Join us as we travel to Quetzaltenango, Guatemala to help the Miguel Angel Asturias Academy in its efforts to increase literacy in the community.
Volunteers will participate in:
- conducting library programs for the students
- processing and cataloging books for the school library collection
- training teachers and parents
Dates: July 7-16, 2023
Where: Colegio Miguel Angel Asturias, Quetzaltenango (Xela)
Cost: $550. Fee will include lodging, most meals, and in-country transportation. Airfare and dinners are the responsibility of the participants.
